Effective 13 October 2026. Optional Pro purchases are available on the web.
Who we are
Ultimidi is operated by TIPS4DESIGN SRL, Bld. Decebal, Nr. 70, Craiova, Romania, EU. Contact hello@ultimidi.com for support, billing and refund requests.
Accounts and Kid Accounts
Ultimidi is a music learning game. Device-only play needs no account. An adult aged 18 or older owns the Account and manages its permissions and purchases. One Account holds up to five player profiles, each with separate progress. A Kid Account needs no email or payment details. Do not sell account access or publish shared login details.
Book One, generic practice and free piano remain free. The first three Sound Invaders regions and nine Note Dodger levels have no daily play cap. Parent-set limits apply to both free and Pro play. There are no ads, energy purchases or paid gameplay powers.
Pro
Pro opens all released books and full minigame adventures for the Account’s profiles, plus the Pro cosmetic collection. Teaching prerequisites still apply. A subscription grants access for its paid period. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for ongoing access to current and future Ultimidi Pro books, minigames and features; it has no subscription renewal. Future content has no promised release date.
Monthly Pro is $6.99 and yearly Pro is $49. The web lifetime launch offer starts at $49 for 100 purchases, then $59, $69, $79, $89, $99, $109 and $119 for 100 purchases each. After 800 launch purchases, the standard lifetime price is $129 with no quantity limit. EUR prices use the same numbers and share the same offer count. Other currencies, taxes and store price tiers can differ. The payment screen confirms the exact total before you pay.
A launch offer is used when payment is verified. Refunds do not return used offers. Unpaid checkouts reserve a place for 60 minutes, refreshed when reopened. A payment being confirmed keeps its place until resolved; an unpaid place reopens only after confirmed cancellation. When all remaining places are in checkout, the current batch waits. The next price starts after 100 verified purchases. An existing checkout keeps its agreed price. Our 14-day web refund policy still applies.
Payment and renewal
The full price of the selected plan is charged when you buy it. There is no introductory or trial price. A monthly or yearly subscription then renews automatically at the same price every month or year until cancelled. Checkout and the receipt confirm the exact renewal date and price. Required price-change notices and consent follow the payment provider’s process and applicable law.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Web orders are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to those orders. App Store and Google Play purchases use their respective billing systems and terms. We do not receive your full payment card details.
To cancel a web subscription, open Account → Pro → Manage subscription; for an app store purchase, use that store. Cancellation stops future renewal, and access continues until the paid period ends. Refunds are separate: see our refund policy. A confirmed refund or revoked purchase ends the access it paid for.
Before changing from a subscription to lifetime, turn off the subscription’s automatic renewal. The adult screen explains any overlap. There is no automatic credit for an overlapping period. Do not buy a second subscription to switch devices; sign in to your existing Ultimidi Account and restore instead.
Restoring, offline access and progress
A purchase belongs to the original adult Account. Sign in to that Account on another device to use it. Restore cannot silently transfer a purchase to another Account. Native store Family Sharing is not used; the five profiles provide family access.
Cached subscription access works offline until the paid period ends or 30 days after verification, whichever comes first. Cached lifetime access has no routine expiry; reconnect applies confirmed refunds or revocations. An activity already started with valid access can finish. Completed progress and earned items remain saved after Pro ends; starting paid content again requires access.
Each device enforces its last saved parent settings offline. Remote changes arrive on reconnect. Several offline devices can together exceed a shared daily limit. We add their usage when they reconnect without deleting progress. These controls are not an operating-system device lock.
Privacy, conduct and deletion
See the privacy notice. Kid Account cloud-save or social permissions are separate from billing acceptance. Profiles start private. Use sharing features respectfully. Do not harass others, submit unlawful content, interfere with service security or forge purchases. We can restrict misuse, with support available to challenge a mistake. Restrictions do not remove statutory refund rights.
An adult can export data, delete a profile or delete the Account in the adult area. Deleting an Account removes its cloud profiles and account access. It does not cancel a subscription: cancel with the payment provider first. Downloaded device backups remain under your control. Payment providers retain their own transaction records under their policies and legal duties.
Availability and changes
Ultimidi needs a compatible device, and some features need internet or a connected instrument. Local backups help protect progress if browser storage is cleared. Music practice guidance does not replace a teacher’s assessment of physical technique. We will explain material service or term changes and provide any notices or remedies required by law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
